The House
The 1130 sq.ft town house has three floors, equipped with a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 half baths, kitchen, living room and terrace with panoramic view of the Mediterranean. The House has its own nice garden with space to set up a picnic.
The Garden
The little garden in front of the house is a charming spot. Here you can do your exercises or just relax with a good book. In a storage box you´ll find all the equipment you need for the beach.
The ground floor
The ground floor room offers flexibility. You can use it as just a living room for spending time with friends or working. But you can also offer beds for up to 4 people, using a sofa bed and a flexible arrangement with a bunk bed. This room has direct access to the little garden. The ground floor also has a fully equipped bathroom and a separate space for laundry.
First floor - bedroom 1
The 1st floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a queensize bed and has access to a balcony from where you can enjoy the sun rise over Cap Ferrat if you wake up early enough!
First floor - bedroom 2
In bedroom 3 you find a twin bed/two single beds. You have access to the balcony facing the sea from here as well.
First floor - Bathrooms
On the first floor you can also find a bathroom and separate half baths.
Second floor - kitchen
The second floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining table for up to ten people.
Second floor - terrace
The second floor is where you find the stunning terrace with a panoramic view over the ocean. Face north and you will see Nice, face east and there's just the horizon, and turn south and you will enjoy the Cap d'Antibes as the calm passage to the party in Juan-Les-Pins, 25 minutes walk away. There is also a permanent barbecue area on the terrace
